Amazon Fashion Finds for Under $40

Bringing you some of my favorite finds from Amazon this summer, all super easy to wear and throw on to get you out the door. Stylish meets comfortable and casual, which is the definition of mom goals for me.

1. Straw Bag: Adorable for summer and at a great price. I love this sweet and simple piece.
2. Sandals: Pricing error in your favor! For some reason, these Sam Edelman sandals are only $30 in the Liquid Metallic color. Such a steal! Run!
3. Bohemian Earrings: Fun earrings with great pastels.        
4. Rose Colored Shorts: I have these shorts in denim and they are AMAZING. They have lots of stretch and give, resulting in the most flattering fit. All for $11!
5. Lace Bralette: Bralette super fan here (*raises hand*). I love the lacy detail of the straps, which adds a pretty touch when paired with any tanks. I can’t speak to how this fits any larger chested ladies, but so delicate and comfy for me.
6. Striped Knotted Tee: I’ll just be living in this one forever. Stripes for life.
7. Cozy Pajamas: These are serious comfy goals right here. They remind me so much of J Crew pajamas for less than half of the price.
8. Button Down Dress: How cute is this?! Buttons and pockets in so many patterns.
9. Best Basic Tee: Pair this with the paper bag shorts for the cutest understated outfit. This basic tee will layer under everything.
10. Tie Up Paper Bag Shorts: So easy to throw on and tuck any top into. Summer must have!

Loving Lately

Back again with a handful of miscellaneous favorites to share with you—really, a round-up of things I’m really enjoying as of late. Here we go!

1. Cucumber Salad. We have cucumbers growing in our garden left and right, and this summery cucumber salad is just so good and refreshing for a hot day. I love it as a side to any cookout, or also as an afternoon snack. Ingredients: 2 sliced cucumbers, 6 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, bunch of dill, chopped. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for one hour before enjoying. 

 

2. There’s Something Wrong With Aunt Diane

This chilling documentary is about the mystery surrounding the 2009 car crash resulting from 36 year old Diane Schumer driving the wrong way on a New York parkway and colliding head on with another vehicle, killing 8 people. This one seeped into my subconscious and haunted me for a good while. We found it on this list if you’re looking for some good documentaries to choose from.

3. Rolled Ice Cream. Who knew such a thing existed? Turns out there are a handful of places in Pittsburgh and all across the country, and this is turning into quite the popular treat. I got the s’mores variety at Naturoll in Lawrenceville for any of you Pittsburgh locals. SO GOOD.

4. This pair of black distressed denim is marked down to $15 today after applying promo code 11640. I have this pair in other washes and love the fit.

 

5. This muffin recipe might be a new favorite for breakfast for the boys. Sweetened with maple syrup, and full of good stuff like rolled oats, wheat flour, and bananas, it gets all of our seals of approval. Throw them in the freezer and microwave your serving to maximize freshness.

Prime Day!

It's one of my most favorite shopping days today, Amazon Prime Day! What exactly is Prime Day, you ask? A day of deep discounts and some of the best deals out there, all on Amazon, available exclusively to Prime members.
